Liability for contents
As a service provider we are responsible for own contents on these sites according to the general laws pursuant to Section 7 Par.1 TMG [German Telemedia Act]. According to Sections 8 to 10 TMG we are, however, as a service provider not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third party information or to research for circumstances, which indicate an unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information according to the general laws shall remain unaffected hereby. A liability in this respect is, however, only possible from the time of the knowledge of a specific infringement of rights. If corresponding infringements of rights become known we will remove these contents immediately.
Liability for links
Our offer includes links to external websites of third parties, on whose contents we cannot exert any influence. Therefore, we cannot assume any warranty for these third party contents either. The respective provider or operator of the sites is always responsible for the contents of the linked sites. The linked sites were checked for possible infringements of rights at the time when the link was set up. Unlawful contents were not recognisable at the time when the link was set up.
